So I've recently applied for a job with Arnold Clark. Role is described as a Customer Service Executive. First interview lined up for Tuesday
Has anyone here worked with them as a company? Good, bad or ugly?
Any horror stories? |

Someone I know had an absolute nightmare with them. They bought a car with free nationwide delivery but they wouldn’t deliver it. Then it came with 6 months warranty and when my friend rang to get a fault fixed they kept saying we’ll get back to you. They rang weekly asking for it fixed and they kept getting the same response.
Magically when the 6 month warranty was up a mechanic rang back and tried to book the car in to be fixed at my friends expense. |
