I can't wait for the new season to start. I know we had the women's euros and it's been fantastic, but I miss the premier League, championship, league 1 and 2. Also all the other leagues. Saturday is not the same without it

Weekends are shit without football but at least I’ve managed to drink a bit less.

I’ve got UFC London to keep me entertained tonight.

Tried watching grass roots?

I'm sure your local club would really appreciate your support!

And you get your football fix today

Predictions everyone ??

City or Liverpool will win the Premiership.

Chelsea will be poor.

United and Spurs will be in top 4.

You heard it here first.

Course it's not the same, it's like comparing Emmerdale with Top gun

Both have their place though

As avid football fans (I'm Spurs and Alyson is Arsenal ) we cannot wait for the 6th! For once, we've both done some great, early transfer business and this coming season is looking set to be an absolute belter!

Can't wait for that moment first game of the season, reaching the top of the stairs and seeing the pitch for the first time. Still gives me goosebumps

I’m not talking about the quality. The passion I feel for my team wouldn’t be there. It would just be a meaningless game to me so I wouldn’t really get my football fix.

Having been a Chelsea fan and supporter for 50yrs I'm very biased. I don't get to go to games these days as I live so far away now, and not the same going on my own. Chelsea hopefully will do much better this year, but we have lost a couple of good defenders, and good bye Lukaku Shame you didn't turn up took the money and run

Worthing

Don't forget the non-league teams. Some great games to be had at that level. My local team was promoted last season. They were top previous 2 when seasons were cancelled.

I'm missing watching the wolves games but loving the euros. It's going to be weird watching the men in November rather than now and it will stop the league games for a while.

It'll be a nice novelty I think. At least the pubs won't be as sweaty!

Well I hadn't thought of that. Let's keep it to the colder weather
