Oh good. I love tinned tuna, but I don't like fresh.

Is it because it's caught and canned before it can go off?

Prefer tinned tuna too!

Warwick

Because of the processing it looses a small amount fat and calories, so in a way it is better for you.

However, it also loses a massive amount of Omega3, so overall I'd have thought it was worse for you.

I guess it all depends what you deem 'better'

Count Your Blessings Cottage, Gratitude Grove

Makes sense, same goes for frozen veg.

From farmed to freezer in minutes not sat on some supermarket counter with flies crawling over it

Market Harborough / Kettering

A nice slice of fresh tuna lightly cooked is absolutely lovely!! Nothing like the "sweepings up" you get in the tins !!
