It's the quickest way to divorce in my opinion....
If you never argued before then you end up having a barney over what to spend then parting with one another then splitting the money!

Large chunk of money gone that you could have been getting interest on.
The interest you would get from the money you spent on the house would be more than the rental on a property.
And it all on depends how much you won on the lottery. |

You are lucky if you get 0.5% interest on savings. Even on a quite modest house outside London you can get £1k a month rent. |
