I’m working 4am to 1pm, have all the curtains closed constantly, switched to quote simple food - salads and fruit and at 2 I’m going for a 5k wild swim In a local lake.
Definitely no sex until the temperatures drops tomorrow  |

How was wild swimming?
My house is lovely and cool, I woke up at silly o clock after staying up late so opened all the windows and doors, got a huge fan going and I'm currently lazily checking work emails and accepting the fact I won't do much today.
Keeping sex until tomorrow is a wise idea, very wise. Far too hot to get sweaty today. |

Wild swimming was good did almost 2 hours without stopping across a huge lake , it really cooled me down , but then I got out the water and began to get all hot again 
Do you think it’s cool enough today for sex? I think it’s going to get hot again later, could maybe change it with some slow and sensual. |

My gym has closed and it’s the only place that has air con ! You need to get back to Drum & Bass 47 degrees |
