The trick is go in the shower with cool water then go and sit Infront of a fan and let all the water evaporate off ya skin.

Use the cold or cool setting. Better for your hair, although mine isn't cool, just barely warm

I've just had a cool shower and stood outside for 5 mins to dry off, as it's still very warm outside.
