It always amazes me that in modern work environments, where H&S is king and you need to complete a risk assessment to do just about anything, male staff are still encouraged to spend all day with a noose around their neck.

I haven't worn a tie to work in 10 years of accountancy work both in practice and industry. It's outdated.

Trousers and a thick overall for me in rooms that are next to 160°c shrink wrappers, but it’s ok I get water and no toilet breaks….
