I'd probably go early 20's upwards and top off around 55-ish. Not hard limits mind. If there's a connection there then it's all good

18, 19, 20 seem too young for me despite being 26. Might make me a hypocrite though considering I like slightly older women

I think it's easier to appeal to older. I always go for the easy option and I'm not gonna kid myself that anyone that much younger would realistically be interested in me. It's all about knowing your limits.
