Someone put a thread up about this the other day. Mr N showed me pair of pants with a built in freezable bit for just that very purpose.

My sister got my mum a special bit of cloth..you rinse it in cold water..wring it out and put it on your body to cool down....sounds like a small towel or flannel to me ...but it's special apparently  |
