So, a bed of salad greens with rabbit that has been jointed and sectioned, tossed in a little flour and seasoning then fried off a little just to seal it and then slow roasted so the meat easily falls off the bones, topped with some cherry tomatoes and Parmesan shavings and a drizzle of balsamic syrup? Sounds good! |
