I'm still embarrassed about my excitement when I found Heinz bake beans in a supermarket in Portugal a few weeks ago.
That meal of beans on toast was the best ever

Tinned pasta - spaghetti hoops, Mac cheese really not a thing elsewhere
Spent almost 5 years living overseas and certain things were stashed to take back with me when I visited uk - mainly marmite! |

Alicante, Spain. (Sometimes in Wales) |
"Drinkable water from the tap. "
Man, that is sooooo out of date.
I live in Spain and regularly travel to quite a few other European countries. Tap water is eminently drinkable everywhere I go. Tastes better than that shitey London water too.
I work in the travel industry and all my clients also drink the tap water, including from public taps in southern Italy.

"Queuing "
Definitely this! At the hotel Buffet recently in Spain it was a free for all, except the brits who queued up nicely and got annoyed that others didn't. |

Black pudding at the breakfast buffet! For some strange reason it's available on every TUI cruise ship, but in every TUI owned hotmail like The Maspalomas Princess, which are specifically marketed at the Britts, black pudding at the breakfast buffet is as rare as rocking horse shit. |
