Would I class a fumble as sex? No.
Would I class oral as sex? No.
Would I class anal as sex? Yes.
I wouldn't however be able to deny sexual activity to those I wouldn't class as sex.

Yep, the law classes adultery as sex between a man and a women who are not married, but at least one is in a marriage.
So as far is the law matters, any same sex extra marital affair is fine.
The law is massively outdated in regards to most things sexual (and technological, but that's a different conversation). |

If someone is asking if someone had sex with someone else, there is a good chance they are asking if they had sexual activities with them. |

No, it's pretty specific in stating that it is a husband or wife having sexual intercourse with someone else of the opposite sex.
Not sure why they needed to specify 'of the opposite sex' to be honest, but there we go. |
