You can make some areas of your garden warmer but do you make any cooler?

I put a massive picture of Patrick Swayze in the bottom right hand corner of my garden and now it's way cooler than before

Worthing

I have large plants for shade which the animals that visit seem to like. I have a local cat that likes to sleep overnight here in Summer. She also visits during day and moves around garden to keep out of the sun.

Central

I ensure some shade is strategically placed and growing. The trick is for it not to trap heat below it. My banana plant is suitably small this year but looking great.

Cats are weird as they usually lay in the hottest bit. Next minute they look all pathetic in the shade lol.
