Hmm....returning from London and my train is running so late, due to a problem on the line.

Wondering if I should hit the 'near' search button, to see if anyone is on the train

Use the "delay repay" to get money back on your ticket.

Typical. This heat has everyone feel the need to get ‘railed’, and our shoddy railway system puts a dampener on it by running late.

Sorry I'm new here

Do you have to ask permission to hit the who's near button

If so I'd like to apologise and report myself for an infringement of the rules.

There were reports of railway lines spontaneously catching fire in London yesterday due to the heat. I guess when you consider the materials used to construct the railway there aren't even more similar incidents! If we're going to get 40 degrees at the weekend I'm predicting a shut down of the rail network

I don't think you need permission. I can't say that I use it but I think it's somewhat the point of the site to use that feature.
