took home some sunglasses recently from work (that evening) that a customer had left behind earlier that morning.. Feel dreadful even though they'd have ended up in lost property. Don't even like them |

I stole a radiator key from B&Q maybe 30 years ago now Couldn't see the point in queuing 20 deep for a 50p item, so I just tucked it up my sleeve and walked out.
I was sure I'd get stopped just because my face would give it away, but I made it out safely. I still feel a twinge of guilt whenever I bleed the radiators to this day. |

I stole a kilt pin from a shop when I was about 14 as kilt skirts were the fashion, but I felt that guilty that I walked round the block, went back into the shop and dropped it on the floor next to the counter. |

There were the odd christmas presents when i was young. A blockbusters quiz book for my Mam, mind due she was worse when she sent me with a shovel to nick rose bushes from the park.
The last thing i nicked was a pen last week from a jewelers. They were supposed to be for people who had just had their ears pierced, i pocked one up and clipped it to the inside of my shirt, much to Belles annoyance when we got home.
Whoops!

About a £1000 worth of coca cola over a period of about 6 months back in the mid 70's. I was 10yrs old. We used to sell it at the bullring market in Birmingham.
Finally got caught when we smashed a lorry through the wall.
Got a £20 fine..... win win.... apart from the leathering my dad gave me. |

I was 5 and saw a kid playing with a blue matchbox car in a department store. He left it behind and I took it. Felt a bit guilty and then my sister said the police were following us on the way home! |
