This. If you're not drinking enough water regularly it takes more to hydrate you.
You should be drinking an amount actually determined by your weight...
your weight X 0.034
Should give you how much water you should be drinking every day. |

You should be drinking an amount actually determined by your weight...

Should give you how much water you should be drinking every day. " thats like 6 liters a horse wouldnt drink that much |

I realised I didn't specify kilograms. If you're around 200lbs then it's actually more like 2.6 liters |
