Marinate halloumi in freshly cut chillies, good olive oil and oregano. Tin foil. Whack 'em on. So good. Especially if you add some corn on the cob and then put some fresh butter on the corn as well.

You can also char some red peppers, fill them with a rice salad and serve.

I love salmon in a foil parcel on the BBQ - with finely chopped garlic, lemon slices and dill.

Lots of salads, homemade mayo. Winner.
