Roast and boiled potatoes, broccoli sweetcorn and roast gammon ..... with the pineapple rings on the gammon slices, Titch loves that.

Just had an ickle peruse... Cos it's before 5 I get a deal, the choice is ice cream, caramel apple crumble, blackberry and apple turnover or sticky toffee pudding.

Hot and spicy to get the adrenalin flowing.

And the girl in the Chinese is a fantasy in the making, very nice.

No idea would love someone to come cook me something scrummy but that's not gunna happen!

So it looks like whatever is quick to cook when I finally get in (whenever that may be!) probably risotto, hopefully with more flavour than the last few I've made!

We had spicy parsnip and red pepper soup and then honey ginger chicken with corn and spicy wedges mmmmm was very nice

Just heading out to the pictures now and gonna stop off for some fruit pastilles and maybe even a wee tub of ice cream xx

Just had a couple of crumpets dripping with butter.

My main meal on weekdays is lunch, and I only eat whatever snacks are in the house in the evenings.

Plenty of cold meats and other food in the house for laters if I am still hungry.
