You can't just rock up and ask for one.
There needs to be a medical need. Go and see your GP and if they think its appropriate they'll make a referral.

Was it bad mate?"
In my case it was because I had chronic Phimosis
My surgeon said he would be able make it so that it would seem like I still had some foreskin around the base which would feel better. The reality of that is that he stitched my scrotal skin half-way up my shaft so I get hair growing where it naturally wouldn’t, my ball sack is pulled up and no longer hangs naturally and covers so much of the base of my shaft it now looks odd

Tell him to see his gp. If he really needs it done then the nhs will do it. Otherwise they have a cream that can help with phimosis. Wish I’d tried that. I deeply regret my circumcision. If it’s just some weird perversion then tell him to use Google and go and get a hack job. |
