Do little things that will boost the endorphins. Book something to look forward to, cook a really nice meal with good ingredients maybe even a nod to your holiday, go for a walk/jog. Hug someone. Anything that makes you smile.
Or, just accept you're feeling a bit meh, lean in to that without wallowing and take it easy for a bit, do low energy activities. Scratch your balls and spend a few hours on here. |
