Considering going on sunbeds a couple of times to build a base tan ready for my next holiday (40+ degrees) anyone any tips or anything? Or any recommendations for places in Tameside/Manchester never used them before

I've only ever used stand up ones (final destination got to me a bit much!). I'm fair skinned so start off with 3-4 mins, see how that works for you and go from there.

Also...sunblock the nips. It ain't nice!

I used a sunbed for 35 mins many years ago I'm not sure if it's because I have Italian in blood and genes, but I went really dark. Never do it again.
