"Are your footwear laces in a criss cross or straight line"

It depends on the footwear, sometimes I use a combination of both on my trainers to release pressure points.

Depends, shoes are straight but trainers are usually crossed.

Work boots are crossed too

Back of Nowhere and Beyond

Yes. Both. Not on the same shoe, that would be weird.

But now I've looked... on the same pair I seem to have this issue. I shall rectify, thank you C for bringing it to my attention

Straight lines on my trainers, don't have to waste time doing them up each time I wear them then

Very much depends on the item of footwear in question. Generally criss crossed, but some demand straight lines!!

Criss crossed, over and under on each pull through and you better believe the laces are evened up after.

Now I'm starting to wonder where the line between particular and obsessive compulsive is.

Crossed, so much easier to level your laces up than that crisscross malarkey

Depends

I can get a bit fancy with laceing

Like I have a set off ankle boots that are stright line underneath cross back on them selfs so the laces are on the underside off them
