You know thoses days when you just go too hard (ok I know there is no such thing as too hard) or maybe that chilli was a tad to spicy

Well I keep a pebble in the freezer to pop in my crack to cool things down .

Anyone else have any sore bits relief methods worth sharing ?

I can truthfully say that the idea has never occurred to me. I do have a lovely smooth pebble that I hold in my hand sometimes, I'm never going to look at it in the same way again .

I have heard of people keeping wet wipes in the fridge though

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

Are you the original owner, or was it a gift?

A refrigerated Avocado stone works as well, and then you can delight your friends and family by laying a shiny golden egg.

I've had an extremely large stone in my fridge freezer for a few years and love its relief.

I put it on the radiators in winter sometimes too

I keep my nail varnish in the fridge, and sometimes lipstick/liners just because they melt in this heat.

And the sun block stick.

It can happen.

It's easy to accidentally pull the wrong tube out of the bedside table and inadvertently use deep heat instead of lube.
