In this period of austerity and financial hardship I feel it makes sense, as xmas approaches, to consider alternative methods of sourcing gifts either for yourself or a loved one!
Hence - the Fab 'Swap Shop' is now open!
Simple rules - just post what crap you have lying around (probably last years xmas presents from family that honestly don't like you!) that you no longer need/want - and a suggestion of what you'd like in return!
Simples!!
Obviously be realistic - no one is going to give you their 1969 Mustang Fastback for a pile of dog eared old jazz mags - but you never know! One mans (or womans!) junk is anothers dream come true!
So to start you off - anyone fancy swapping an unworn, still sealed 2012 Chelsea shirt (was gonna stick it on a guy and burn it bonfire night but forgot!) for some booze? Anything but malibu or archers ta!! |
