"How can we tell when it's honest and when it's not?
Not sure I understand ?
I'm not questioning your honesty just how can I tell how any profile is honest or not?"
Because if someone has put something that'll put people off ie married they don't know then It's probably honest. |

I take your point about honesty about marital status and I think that's a good thing. However plenty are dishonest about age, body size, looks (old photos) etc and there's no way of knowing until you get to Starbucks for the coffee date |

Guess you just have to make an inform decission if someone is being honest or not!
I personaly believe in being honest from the start (saves issues later down the line) although some people wont like it. |

Is this a roundabout way of asking if telling people you're cheating on your missus is stopping you from getting meets?
It adds another hurdle for sure, but there are plenty of women who will meet married men, if they are attracted to him. |

Honesty works best however I lay my cards out in my first message rather than on my profile, since I used to get abusive messages from people I’d never interacted with before. |

Always honesty…we want to make choices based on truth.
But as people have said, you never know.
That’s why we chat and chat to people…the people who are genuinely interested in us and not just after a quick shag stay around and chat.

I prefer honesty 100%, even if its not something I want to hear its better to be upfront.
If things get covered up they usually creep to the surface and get found out anyway |

I don't judge folks situations. I don't expect them to judge mine either. I'm not on Fab seeking a relationship but I'm sure I'd rather know upfront if someone is attached or not. Better to know the lay of the land from the off? Also chatted to folk in the past who orginally make zero mention of a partner/state they can accomadate when they cannot... |

When it comes to non ethical non monogamy it’s best to be open then you don’t put people in jeopardy! |

If it won’t effect them, then as they say, “what they don’t know won’t hurt them”
You don’t have to lie. You don’t have to disclose every fact either |

Honesty always. Withholding the fact you are married does not create mystery, it's just not full disclosure; nothing mysterious about it. Letting people know from the start will put most people off and you should be left with the ones that then need to find you interesting or attractive enough to want to entertain you.

When people say it, it never reads like that but even if so it's completely irrelevant as isn't everyone who works a professional?

No - professional should mean they work in a job that required at least an undergraduate degree but more usually a postgrad qualification too - dr lawyer architect etc but I think a lot of people just mean gainfully employer now which is also misleading
Op honesty is the best policy I won’t knowingly meet cheats, partly the ethics partly self preservation!
For my part I’m honest about my age, my size and my looks. I see no point in lying about these as that would waste everyone’s time.
I expect the same in return but of course don’t always get it! I swear some of the face pics I’ve seen the person is claiming to be at least 15 years younger than they actually are - do they really think we can’t tell?! Occasionally it’s younger ones claiming they’re older and that’s pretty obvious too. Just daft really |

Personal shopper I am less familiar with the entry requirements for that.
Absoulutly none!Still a professional at what I do same as a road sweeper or toilet cleaner ! X"
But that’s not what “professional” in a work context has historically meant. Nothing wrong with non graduate jobs done plenty of them myself! But they’re not “professions” |

We'd both class ourselves professional at what we do and neither of us graduated from anything.
You can be professional at any job you do, whether you are a Teacher or a Bin man/woman. My point was that the way the word is used on here is that they are claiming they are professional when it comes to Swinging and even the ones who don't mean it that way still write it like that. |

"Professional" on a site like this could sometimes have other connotations and I wasn't thinking about the newer professions!

Where cheating is concerned honesty.
