Hi guys i cant access the nhs app on my phone but have accessed the nhs site on my computer and downloaded the covid pass as a pdf file to print off for my holiday to spain is that ok to get through customs. It has my name date of birth and the barcode for each vaccination |

We got back from Spain last Thursday.
Ours weren't checked however they were checking other people's.
Definitely make sure you have it, we downloaded the PDF and Emailed it to ourselves to be on the safe side. The people who were being checked just showed the pdf. |

I wasn't checked at Madrid airport on Sunday. But we travelled to both Mallorca and Tenerife last year and the PDF was fine both times.
PDF is fine, definitely take it but I think it's patchy as to when they are or are not checking. |

That's interesting because none of the special assistance passengers were checked but the other passengers were. |

It’s random checks in Spain now. I went on a large family holiday recently and two of the group were selected.
They are also still doing temperature checks on everyone before you leave the airport (that was Girona). |

when I've travelled using special assistance, we have had to show our pass etc before we even got to the gates or boarding |

I didn't see what the other passengers did or didn't have to show because I was taken a different way by Sin Barreras. But I wasn't checked. I did show it to check in at Manchester but unclear if they actually needed to see it. |

We didn't have temperature checks in Mallorca (July 2021), Tenerife (Dec 2021) or here in Madrid (this week). They've checked the COVID passes on all other occasions except this one for us/me. |
