Just had my monthly review at work and had to listen to 2 of my calls.

Never realised how much I said errrm during a conversation lol even though my knowledge was good, it made me sound really doubtful!!

I never listen to myself.

There's often a voice in my head that says "Nooooooooo! Don't do it!!!"

But the other voice always chips in with "Go on....it's just one more Jaegerbomb!!"

You'll have to think of a new word apart from errrrrm.

Or just get somebody to wire you up and zap you everytime you say it.

Aversion therapy can work wonders!
