Pine needles are high in vitamin c I think.

"I had it three weeks ago. It was nasty! Day & Night Nurse or the equivalent (much cheaper) own brand product and sleep helped me."
Thankfully I am doing fine with paracetamol & torso's atm but thanks for this recommendation
