A loaf used to be just that.

Now it’s sourdough, brioche, ciabatta, gluten free, with or without bird seed….

I make a lot of flatbreads using organic wholemeal flour or 50/50 and without yeast really simple to make and doesn’t bloat you.

Yep, I have a lifelong struggle with bread. It doesn't like Mr, know matter how much loving I send its way!

I don’t eat bread at all. If I do which is rare, it would be a whole meal or sour dough.
