Her Majesty's Government have violated me this morning

A one hour trip to Newport and she's had £177 for a premium passport renewal and the tax from £50 of fuel that didn't fill half a tank.

Never even used any lube

work start new job and the first week is in Germany, then 3 months working from home

Good luck in the new job!

The waits for normal passport renewals are a pain as it is - how hard can it be? Weird how you can pay a shed load and jump the queue....Hmmm, so I smell a cunning plan to make money by making your normal service deliberately shite?!?

I need to renew my passport, I'd rather just wait longer and pay £80 though but I probably won't get to use it until next year at least so I might just have it back by then
