Can't believe what I've just heard him say on Good Morning. Actually condoning Putins actions and saying he's a wonderful man, and blaming the war on Ukraine.
Is he right in the head!!! |

"He has been a very outspoken backer of Putin for years and has said he would take a bullet for Putin several times over the years "
Yes he said that this morning too |

"Just watched it.
He Probably lost millions with the Russian GP being cancelled.
How would that be the case? He's not involved in F1 anymore, is he?
"
Probably the huge kickback for giving them a F1 race in the first place.. |

"Yes. I couldnt believe it either, he also said that he would take a bullet for putin, should such views be penalised in some ways against the f1?"
If he stood in front of Putin to take the bullet it would probably wizz over the little mans head. |

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else |
"Surely f1 will not want to be associated with someone with those views.
If they don't do something then it's purely cause they meed his money "
They're not! He left the sport at least 5 years ago.
He's an utter twat, but he's got as much to do with F1 as James Hunt. |

"Do people realise he has nothing to do with F1 since selling his controlling stake to Liberty Media? "
Obviously not, but clearly the association is still there. He’s not had anything to do with it for ages but still is on hand for a really bad take a couple of times a year. I hope they ban him from the paddock for being a prick like they did with Picquet the other day for being a different type of prick |

Not to mention his stupid comment regarding the Piquet/Hamilton furore currently in the news. He’s an irrelevant muppet |

Good point, unless they were aiming at putins knees |

I am sure that can be arranged.
Totally deranged interview, refusing to condemn racism and then spouting Russian Propaganda about Ukraine! |

It’s been mentioned by some that he’s something of an informal advisor to FIA President Mohammed ben Sulayem |

I noticed the F1 community couldn't step away fast enough from this mornings' debacle though. |

War isn’t right or excusable no matter what the reasons are. Nobody should have to go through what Ukraine has had to go through. Not enough love in this world anymore in my opinion |
