It's the worst feeling...now its also affecting H because I'm rolling around trying to get asleep and then disturbing her when I eventually give in and get up.......

Apparently, when you cant sleep. You are supposed to get up and do something montinous, then try again. Never worked for me. Have you tried the sleep clinic
