Very sad news, an inspiration and of course a stark reminder that life can be very fleeting, so enjoy every minute while you are still able to.
It really is too short not to.

Between Deborah, Adele Roberts and to a lesser extent Merlin, these celebs are helping get more focus on bowel cancer.
I know after going through the treatment I've been openly speaking about it, as people need to know what to look for and often talk about it, as I'm an open book, and it's the not talking about it that does the damage.
I watched the BBC feature on Deborah James earlier, and it only hit me when they spoke about her kids.
They kept going on about her legacy, and yea, she'll leave one, but it's only through awareness and research that we'll rid the world of such a bad thing.
Yea, I'm rambling, but I'm just overthinking stuff now.

Absolutely heartbroken for her family and friends what a true inspiration and extremely brave/positive person, smiling and raising awareness until the very end and I’m sure she will have helped many people and her story will also continue to do so.
