Once downstairs . I will put kettle on. Yes while waiting may do something like put washing out. But then need two cups of coffee before thinking about day ahead. This now retired. When working on day shift. Start at six am. Arrive early so could have couple of mugs before shift started. |

I've been caffine free for years. Not sure what it takes but I know silence is one tol I've come round properly.
However today I'm sleepy as hell and I'm not sure anything would work.

I couldn’t have caffeine for years because of panic disorder + other mental illnesses now I’m slowly reintroducing it and yet my monster energy addiction seems to have returned whoops |

Hearing the other day that actually water is the best thing to have in the morning. Rehydrates you much better.
I do love a black tea before work, hot black coffee pre lunch, then an iced black coffee in the afternoon. |

PSA to coffee drinkers.
Coffee has a half life of about 8hrs. If you drink a coffee in the afternoon a lot of it is still gonna be in your system when you're trying to sleep.
This will degrade the quality of your sleep and leave you in a cycle of constant tiredness (thus dipping further into the coffee jar).
Drink coffee only in the AM. |

"It’s tea all the way for me! Coffee doesn’t affect me at all! I like it, just prefer wine "
I do. But people frown on me bringing a Merlot to team meetings. |
