How do you feel about receiving compliments? I love to pay them when messaging but feel sometimes it might be perceived as being too keen too early. Is there a right time to pay a compliment and is too many considered a bit creepy? |

I used to be really freaked out receiving compliments, for a long time I didn’t believe in myself. I’m getting better at it lately.
I enjoy giving compliments, which I mean when I say them, rather than saying them for any gain. |

Must admit they go over my head on here. Different if I know someone or been speaking to them for a while but when you get countless “you’re stunning” “you’re beautiful” messages when you’re just showing a pair of legs it kinda doesn’t mean a lot |

I appreciate genuine compliments. If it's because they want something or just wanna hang out the back of me, not so much. I also hate over complimenting, like I know I'm fantastic but jesus rain it in pedro. |

"To be honest, on here they mean fuck all.
You see guys saying the same stuff to multiple women on threads and it's just
So what’s the best approach? X"
You're really asking the wrong person. |

Too many is quite intense regardless of how long you've known each other, so definitely don't do that when messaging someone on Fab.
I think if you're overthinking it too much, it won't come across as sincere and genuine. Say something nice if that's what you think in the moment, not because you want inside/around them and not because you want to get one back. |

As others have said, on here a compliment is generally not always genuine, if it’s sincere, or someone I know then yes, I’m getting better at accepting them |

Compliments make me squirm.
Never grew up with them and consequently I never know how to react to them (I tend to deflect and rely on self depreciating humour) x
