What do you intend to do when your fixed energy contact ends? Will you fix or not? I know mine will go up a lot as I had fixed it before any of the recent big increases but I don't think I will be fixing again for a while. Does anyone also know how they calculate the new direct debits. Mine have suggested a far too high one. I used last year's figures, added 53% as that was the recent big increase and I believe that should be good enough for now till the October increase again. What do you think? |

I think we should over throw the government, and create a new socialist state where transport, utilities, education, healthcare, policing and the fire service are all owned and ran by the state. But that's just me. |

My company went bust last year. For my new variable one I am not increasing my direct debit with Winter in mind, i.e. I only pay what I use (get billed monthly), because I don't know who I'm going to fix with yet. For me that is fine as it will be a bigger cost towards Winter either way and I am planning for it.
Not yet seen a fix worth switching to but I keep looking and waiting. It's all a gamble. |

I was hoping I get some advise on this from those who may have had their dd increased excessively. I am planning to challenge them. My spent last year was less than £100 pm ( fixed to pre increase prices) and they want to raise my dd to £360 pm which I think it's unreasonable. Anyone had similar experience |
