"Yep. Salad, micro greens, strawberries, sugar snap peas, courgettes and one runner bean
Have you decided yet what to do with that single runner bean? "

Let's see what others might suggest. I will start with - chop it up with some chorizo and a scrabled egg and serve on a toasted muffin |

Freeze the beans from the one runner bean, then next year.. "
I'm hoping it's the first of many, not the only one |

thank you. There's loads of flowers on the runners and the French beans and a lot of tiny fledgling beans. I tried growing artichokes this year, I'm not sure they're going to do very well |

New ones will take a while, one cherry and one pear are the same. I don't expect anything from them for a couple of years till they're established tbh..

I saw Monty Don was talking about gooseberries on Friday. I'm not a fan but my mum used to love them |

We aren't very successful with carrots because we're on such heavy clay "
I was surprised at mine. They did really well last year, I was impressed, seems I'm more green fingered than I thought |

We have quite heavy soil here too, so I mixed the plot with lots of compost and planted some carrot seeds. You've never seen anything like these when pulled. Each carrot had at least 5 legs, curled up, distorted, you name it. I've not tried growing them since. |

We've harvested radish, and we've had a small crop of peas.
Been getting strawberries and raspberries the kast few weeks. Prob got some blueberries to pick when we get back from holiday.
Dwarf beans are flowering and looks like we will have a good crop of apples too! |

We've harvested the radish already. We have potatoes, carrot's, lettuce, marrows, courgettes, red cabbage, turnips, beetroot and sweet corn in the beds. We've also got gooseberries, Logan berries and raspberries. Then we have the herb garden which is by the back door for ease, which has various mints, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, oregano and chives. |

Not a lot of vegetables; just rhubarb and spring onions. Lots more fruit on its way though; apples, pears, figs, raspberries, gooseberries and black currants. Sadly the grape vine has died so nograpes this year. |
