"What’s a fake 6 pack?
Drawn on with a felt tip pen.
See I would like that man because I’d think that was funny "
What if I shaved a 6 pack into my belly hair? |

I’ve been spoiled all my married life as hubby has gotten into better shape the older he’s getting. He puts lot of hard work in to stay fit and in great shape and his six pack is hard and powerful. For me massive turn on in bedroom xx I know not for everyone but I’m fan xx |

Well some weeks I'm very real, and some I'm fake.
It's all about the balance. |

Dad bod is just a term used by guys so they don’t have to say they are fat. Gym bunnies, people who exercise, keep themselves fit and healthy. For me someone who doesn’t look after themselves means they don’t have any self respect. Personally I wouldn’t describe a man who can deadlift 280kg as a gym bunny |

I have a dad bod and can run faster/further and lift more than people who have 6 packs. I look after myself but I enjoy my food and a good drink. |

This is so not true.
You can have a dad bod and still excersize, eat well and be healthy. It isn't about being fat, it's about not being toned because you have prioritised your time with the kids over time in the gym.
Yes, for some they can do both, but not everyone has the free time to be able to do so. |

I agree to some extent, but this notion about 'free time' being the only factor to why someone maybe more defined and muscular than others is absurd.
Like anything in life that you love, you don't find the time for it, you make the time for it. Kids or no kids. A dad bod may prefer having a beer instead of the gym. It's about management of their time. Not whether or not they have time to begin with because everyone has a certain amount of free time. It's what they do with it. |
