I'm a bit poorly at the moment. I'm not really used to being poorly; it happens so rarely ever since I discovered fruit was edible and not just a lovely ornament for dong pics.

I picked up a wheelchair from our local medical supply charity this morning and got out for a cream tea.
First real trip out of the house for 4 weeks and it was amazing |

I Gate crashed a funeral yesterday because the little old lady in the cul de sac told me the wrong day. I wished I'd read the letter she wrote me before I left. |

Huge traffic jams on the road because of train strike, yay! I squeeze out and thank them with a hand wave, realise I am turning right. Cruise past 1/2 a mile of standing traffic uninterrupted to the lights where there's about 2 cars in front. Lights turn green, no one moves apart from us and I am on my merry way for paint. Bingo. |

I found out that there's a pub close to me that does bottomless brunch for £20. I'm going with friends next week and I can't wait to see them.

I got a kitten a few weeks ago, he's pretty cool. It's been a bit of an adjustment for me and my other cat but the warm weather has had him exhausted, it's been blissful!! |

I made a new friend at an organised social. she’s super cool & keeps me enjoying logging on 
I passed two courses I worked really hard for that both give me the opportunity to earn additional streams of income.
I did a 5k earlier in the week and it felt easier than it has all year. I’ve had a good week on the work out front and ive got my 2L daily water target multiple times this week.
Insignificant to most, but super cool to me |

Work has been busy and I’ve been a bit out of sorts in my head lately but today was a good day for my head. I think I have evolved again and grown as a person, not weight wise, though I did have breaded chicken for tea…definitely not height wise either as I’ve been a shorty for years now, but spiritually I guess.
Also I love to waffle and I like to eat waffles too.

I've had a trying day. You know when one person just needs to do their job properly and send one letter but they don't... And it takes god knows how many calls and emails etc to get them to... Yep still stuck at square one. Frustrating as hell over a week later.
But the good thing for the day is something else is currently being completed and that's progress.
Plus I volunteered to help out with something today that I quite enjoyed.

When I walked my daughter to brownies we went past the chip shop and I commented about it being closed. She replied it must be closed because it's health week. I just love the simple naivety of that. It makes me smile |
