So I don't know how but I've seemed to collect about 10 lifetimes of junk?!
I filled up my room with it, then when I moved to the spare room (for logistical purposes) I filled that one up too. My carboot is full of overflow and I'm getting embarrassed opening it in front of people
I'm trying to be ruthless with my clearouts but everything feels either sentimental or useful to me? (I know, I know, classic hoarder traits...). But even just having the energy and will to go through things is a blocker at the moment.
Any Marie Kondo types on here that can teach me your ways? |

I AM a hoarder. I allocate 10 minutes at a time (with a timer on) to go through stuff when I’m in the right frame of mood. Pop some music on, and get rid asap rather than move stuff from location to location to bin later.
If you can’t trust yourself then get in someone to help you.

My mum is a hoarder. I'm a minimalist (unless it's crafting stuff) and get called upon to organise friends and families cupboards/rooms.
From the hoarders that I know, I don't think there IS a fix |
