Ours are pretty accurate wish we could say the same looking at some of the messages we get? Seems to be a bit of a trend of late from a certain age group coupes and single men or there must have been a lot of very tough paper rounds back in the day
Definitely not agest here Personally we would get a better impression of someone if they where honest and where outside our age range rather than taking 10 years off on their profile age's

Think mine's 2 months inaccurate, but there does seem to be a lot of older guys in their late 50s putting themselves as a lot younger, they do it apparently to bypass filters, just quite annoying when you don't choose to meet with men a lot older than you. |

It's not to avoid filters - no need as Fox is way younger than me so no problem on that front. Nor is it to misrepresent me in any way. I've been judged to look younger than the age stated by many so not done to appear younger as apparently I do anyway.
So why then? Simple. To add a little more separation between the true me and the Fab me, the same as not showing a face, not listing our exact location and never revealing our jobs.
No harm done at all and if it bothers people.....I couldn't give a flying fuck.

I totally get this and also couldn’t give a toss. I changed my age when I came back to the correct one as most of my friends on here knew it was my 50th anyway and would probably do a thread. Otherwise I’d have kept it a year or so out like it was. |

I can never quite work out the logic of lying about age as claiming to be Mr Universe, and turning up looking like Victor Meldrew is not exactly going to cut a dash. It's a bit like guys lying about their height, a tall lady in high heels is very unlikely to throw her knickers at you if look like Ronnie Corbett, so might as well come clean from the start if you hope to be in with a shout. |

She was actually 200 miles from where I am. That is why I say about being correct on profile , age and yes location. "
