But does it? Ive certainly noticed a distinct increase in status updates from females and couples getring hacked off with fake accounts and I'm sure the majority do block and report..
The easiest fix that Fab could do would be to make the message filter so you can choose if the mail needs to come from a fab verified account (green flag) not just a self verify (green tick) - at the moment there is no differentiation..
It's honestly ruining fab and the honest emails are getting bulk deleted with the fakes - i can't really blame someone if i was getting 100-300 "fancy a shag" messages... |

Surely the bigger problem is that most of the fancy a shag messages are sent by real profiles?
Sending stupid messages doesn't make someone fake. There are real people behind those messages who genuinely think that's how it works. |

Genuine question… You are saying hundreds of accounts are sending “fancy a shag” - how does that make them a account fake? It’s still someone behind the account typing the message
If said accounts got verified, they would still probably send “fancy a shag” it doesn’t make them any more real. Again it’s still someone behind the account.
A fake to me would be a man for whatever reason having a female account and portraying it as a woman… and that would have zero effect on anyone regarding the amount of messages a woman receives. So I don’t understand how it’s ruining fab for you? |

The worst thing. Luckily, the easiest to spot fairly quickly. |

I certainly must be fake then lol more chances outta ten if I get a message from someone that's not for me I won't reply just delete the message and am far from fake lol if people took the time to read profiles it would help just saying then no one gets offended if they don't get a reply x cj x |

i guess i should have worded it better as in there is both a problem of fake accounts (pertaining to be someone else) and the fancy a shag one liner brigade who have just opened an account and got another account to verify - if it was photo verification, i doubt they'd bother (as much) |
