'Tis nearly the season to be jolly, and sometimes you get people knocking on your doors ...

What are your favourite carols?

Any versions that can't be sung in front of children ?

Shepherds' Farewell is my all time favourite.

I am also very fond of the Zither Carol, especially when sung by young voices with bells being rung etc...

I love Christmas Carols, and used to sing them when I was at school and uni every Christmas.

I do like a good finish for a carol service with either Hark The Herald or Joy To The World, sung with descant in the last verse.
