Anyone else an age regressor? Not in the sexual sense; I never age regress voluntarily during sexual things; but just as a way to get back to childhood pleasures and heal yourself?
It’s been a big help these past couple of months after a few rocky years…really helped me get on the road to healing my childhood trauma  |

I'm not sure what age regression is to be honest but this week I have been vividly reliving childhood experiences but how I would have wanted to handle them, not actually what happened. |

I’ll have to Google what that means, but quite often I’ll have nostalgia moments. Old books, games and activities from my childhood that I look back on all misty eyed and rose tinted..
It’s good to reminisce and revisit the good old days |

Sorry- i should have probably added a definition lol
Age régression means different things to different people but it’s essentially a way of acting younger than your years, sometimes even as young as a child. Many trauma survivors and mental illness sufferers use it as a way to cope (much like I do) it’s also useful for just getting in touch with your inner child |
