It was stopped in 2004 as Polio was eradicated in UK thanks to vaccinations"
Switched to IPV rather than OPV, it's still in the vaccination schedule

They are thinking of trying to track down a narrower source of area it's come from, then stepping up education campaigns, to increase polio vaccination there. It's not as high in some parts of London, as the rest of the UK. |

I gather that this is different from samples found in recent history, in that it indicates a cluster (related samples), not just a single source.
Presumably if this were evidence of vaccination, it would be no different to samples found in recent decades. |
