If that’s the only reason for having the room I’ve always split the cost, yes (apart from the time the guy did a runner after a bj!). If it was being used anyway then I’ve never contributed or asked for a contribution

Depends - if we are staying in the room after then we’ll pay.

I’d hate standing there waiting for someone to calculate how much they owe you. Would rather do we’ll pay for the room, you get food or drinks.

Usually we are using the room for the night and just inviting a guest along so we will pay. If it’s just me meeting then I would expect to share the cost although I would ask them to book as I don’t want to be let down and left with the cost of a room I’m not going to use.

I suggested using a hotel one time , and was admonished for apparently treating the lady like she was a prostitute. Takes all kinds I suppose.

well if i got lucky enougth to get a meet and was asked to book a room for a bit of fun i probably pay for it but if they wanted to chip in that's ok as well but first need to find a meet lol

As a travelling professional, I spend a lot of time in hotels anyway. But I would never ask a playmate to "chip in" on a room. I'm a bit old fashioned like that I suppose
