This is the 1st Father's Day without my dad.
I will be going to the cemetery with my 2 sisters to say a prayer.
He always said a little prayer for my sister when he visited her grave and we the same for him.
Thinking about anyone who has also lost theirs. I hope you are doing ok.

I lost my father 40 years and I'll be honest I was quite young so memories have faded.
I know I'll see him again in the hereafter.
Life and love is eternal.
I love you Dad.

My dad doesn’t want to talk to me so we might as well be dead to each other. Despite me doing everything to rectify things he still won’t talk… 
Whatever my son does, I’ll always be there for him. He’s giving me plenty of hugs

I'd say the first ones the hardest but I don't think it gets easier to be honest. 2 and a half years after I lost my dad and I've spent the morning sobbing. Sending big hugs lovely

Thanks for this post OP.
I lost my dad 27 years ago. We didn't have the best relationship but I'm sure it would of been ok now I'm older and have a family of my home.
I will have a bath and a cry later.
