Sometimes one person, but usually they are busy so I keep stuff to myself instead and try to cope alone.

A friend I have had since she was 11 and I was 13. She wore my shoulder down to nothing when she was breaking up with her first husband! But she's awesome now and we talk all the time.

My husband.

But life has taught me in the last 6 years that I pretty much have to stand on my own two feet, no matter how grave the situation. Any external support is a bonus.

This is going to sound sad but please don’t feel sorry for me. I genuinely don’t have anyone to go to. I prefer to deal with my problems myself so I have never really needed someone to comfort me.

Usually myself but I have been known to turn to my ex wife. She's very sensible unlike me.

I know exactly where you’re coming from there.

I’m not a ‘sharer’ , and prefer to sort my own shit.

"No one. The only person I know I can always count on is me"

sadly, this is my case too. There is someone that I think cares about me. But my trust that they can solve any of my problems or give me good sound advice that would be fit for me rather than them, is gone.

I vent sometimes but when I’ve got real problems I just deal with it.

My sister

We have an agreement that if ever we’re unhappy or need to vent we txt each other as if we were talking to the person we’re pissed off with

It gets out out of our system and the receiver just deletes it as they know what’s going on

Worthing

People usually come to me, I seem to be the 'rock' in the family. However, my (middle) brother is a good listener for a chat.

Wherever

I have no one I can think of. It took me decades but I’ve learned to rely on myself only and I think I’m doing fine. Actually, I am the person everyone turns to when their world falls apart.

I've had more in depth conversations with strangers in fab clubs than with anyone else. Not sure if that's weird but it's like a therapist.

Fortunate to have a couple of close friends but often don't like burdening them.

I do wonder if I would call out of the worst came to the worst again
