The downside to having had a gastric bypass is, if I don't eat enough at meal times, or I eat nutritionally less beneficial food (I'm looking at the tasty starchy carb groups there) I can get quite hungry.
I had tasty carbs as part of my dinner, which admittedly was 7 hours ago... But man I'm hungry now.
Can't be bothered to get out of bed though. |

"I usually have a packet of biscuits within reaching distance from my bed and I just ate them "
I get really weird about eating in bed, it's a crumbs/sensory autistic thing...
Maybe I need to find none crumb producing bed snacks because I'm jealous of bed biscuits |

"I've just woken up (insomnia) and there's two slices of dark rye bread in the toaster and a jar of Marmite on the counter.
Or marmite. Marmite would be as welcome as pâté"
Marmite is a very satisfying flavour but a good pate is hard to beat. |
