When we joined Fabs, I saw the forum, I have regardless of site, been a forum poster as I like the interaction..;-)
I started on the Swingers Chat, did a bit of the introductions and said hello to people...popped in & out of the Lounge at times.
Stuck with the Lounge for a while now and with less time to post...I find I am always feet up and check the Lounge...some boards I have never looked at!
Rarely venture to the "other side":
How about you guys and gals?

I have been active on various discussion boards since early 2000, and had my own board at one stage.
On FAB, I check out the Lounge first, then work my way down the next three, before moving to Meets, Events and Parties.

a bi guy thread and I lost the plot with the answers given, had a diva strop and got a time out..... maybe 4 years ago
the couple who posted really got to me, they are still on here and I really respect them now, as they have been consistent and fair.

Ithink i may have introduced myself in the introductions and got ignored lol. But as i used forums for years just jumped straight in, have no idea what the thread was about and have no idea how long it took me too get established |

First post was in the Lounge, where I tend to be most of the time lol but I do venture elsewhere at times - have posted in swingers chat but not started any posts in there - only started posts in the Lounge  |

The only ones I go on are the lounge and occasionally swingers chat. I never look at the 2nd pages of these boards.
I don't go into chat either, so its just the two boards  |

I remember having a row with someone on here and it was before it stopped at 175 and it went on for about 800 posts cause the mods where in bed lol. That was when it was the old forums i think |

I hovered around the forums for a few years before posting, firstly in Swingers Advice but more lately in Swingers Chat and the Lounge. I only post on a thread that strikes chord in any the boards but am mainly ignored anyway - probably because I'm not around all day...lol |

Think it was probably the lounge I first posted in, probably on a snog, shag, avoid thread...don't think I did an introduction thread and now I'm mostly to be found lounging around the lounge with the odd diversion to swingers chat and a very occasional foray into advice and intros |

So if you post....but perhaps busy, and not a thread where you are the OP, do you check back?
I often don't get chance these days, and then play catch up!
Some threads move very quickly and I feel not appropriate if there is a significant time from my last post to reply again.

Think we posted in the introductions first, Probably went along the lines of " hello we are new here" I post mostly in the lounge, but I do look in most of the rooms, if something interesting catches my eye  |

I don't think I have a standard answer for that.
If something is interesting or I think it might be, I will look more than once.
If something is making me laugh or otherwise entertaining me, I will go and look over a period of time.
The more interesting or entertaining the more I look.
Sometimes I'll post and forget all about a thread.
Sometimes I only look at what is at the top of the first page and it's enough to make me go and do something else.

I first posted on The Lounge Board.
I had hung around shaking for months due to my inherent shyness.
I plucked up the courage one night and was duly ignored every night for a season .
Nothings changed but I don't drip tears into my keyboard anymore. |

I've only ever posted in the lounge but only been in the forums about 3 days now. I find them good fun but tend to leave it hours between looking and by then its all changed and is pointles me replying to something I posted on |

Actually to add to my previous reply.... if I see people like Granny, Wishy, Saucy and the other funny post makers as the last to post, I'll often go and look at a thread I previously skipped over. |

I first posted to the lounge for a social idea , soon got pointed to right direction, advice was good though, I hadn't looked in other forums boards, so wouldn't have known which board it was best placed in |

Launched straight into The Lounge after I got banned from another site. I've always enjoyed forum banter and got stuck in here as soon as I could post. That was 5 years ago now. |

Sometimes I don't bother checking back at a thread when I am the OP of that thread, not that I actually start that many anyway. And I go back to a thread I've posted on if it remains near the top of the boards. I'm not particularly precious about my own posts |

I have been an active poster/semi blooger and gobby git in chat rooms for quiet some years and treat "chat" seperate to "swinging/sex dating"chat
Chat history....
My/our (ex wife and I), first site was "Freeserve" when it started around 1998/9 and stayed with them throught its "wannadoo" and "orange" days untill it closed its chat rooms in 2009 - 12 years and was a chat moderator for a while
Joined CBUK in 2009 (as did lots from Orange) and i am in there chatting off and on most days/weeks
Swinging/Sex dating Chat....
I/we (ex wife and I),Joinded AFF in 2005 and was a group moderator and site moderator for 4 of those years and ran several chat forums
FAB happended by pure chance at an AFF meeting; when a fem mate suggested i looked - so i did in May this year
My _iew is that FAB is by far the best site around and its members are on balance good people
